This page describes how Pacioli — Acerbo.AI's finance engine — handles the data of people visiting the site and using the demo playground.

Data controller
The data controller is Acerbo.AI (Livio Acerbo), Milan, Italy. For any request about personal data write to privacy@acerbo.ai.
The playground doesn't process your company data
Pacioli's playground answers from a demo dataset — fictitious (Alba Servizi S.r.l.), synthetic, not linked to any real customer. You don't upload or connect your own company data: the playground doesn't process information about your business. Please don't type personal data into the questions.
What we process and why
Questions typed into the playground: sent to OpenRouter, Inc. to generate the answer; legal basis is our legitimate interest in running the demo (art. 6.1.f GDPR); never used by Acerbo.AI to train models. IP address: turned into an irreversible hash to count daily requests and prevent abuse; legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f). Early-access form: name, email, company, role, message; legal basis is pre-contractual steps at your request (art. 6.1.b).
Retention
IP hash: 24 hours at most. Playground questions: not stored by Acerbo.AI; technical logs record only length, tools used and duration, never the text. Early-access form data: up to 24 months from the last contact, or until you ask for deletion.
Recipients and transfers
Processors: Vercel Inc. (hosting and analytics), OpenRouter, Inc. (answer generation), Resend Inc. (email delivery). They are based in the United States: transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the Data Privacy Framework. No data is sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection (arts. 15–22 GDPR), and to lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it). Write to privacy@acerbo.ai: we answer within 30 days.
Analytics and cookies
The site uses Vercel Analytics, an aggregate analytics service without profiling cookies, and sets no third-party cookies. That is why there is no cookie banner. Details in the Cookie Policy.
